From tea parties with baby dolls to tea sommelier (in training), this beautiful beverage has always held a special place in my heart. With its rich variety and deep history, there is so much to learn about tea and its herbal partner, tisanes. While I will never turn down a specialty iced latte on a trip to the coffee shop with the girls, I believe tea is largely misunderstood and very often poorly prepared.
